Tempting Taste was founded by Carolina Vallejo, a 25-year-old food scientist from Cali, Colombia.

Her approach to baking blends scientific precision with a deep appreciation for refined, thoughtful desserts.

The company's story began in 2018 when Carolina created her signature Pecan Pie. 

This dessert was quickly established as a beloved neighborhood favorite in Cali, Colombia.

It features an all-butter crust and perfectly balanced flavor.

The pie earned a loyal following, becoming the dessert families chose for celebrations and friends exchanged as gifts.

Our premium ingredient promise is demonstrated by the all-butter, European-style crust and the use of organic brown rice syrup instead of corn syrup.

Each batch is baked by hand, in small quantities, maintaining the same care and precision that started the brand.
